We do not provide refunds on purchases. Each piece in our collection is unique, and all sales are considered final.
However, we understand that unforeseen situations may arise. Exchanges are possible if there is a valid reason (such as damage during shipping or a significant discrepancy from the item description). In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange. Approval will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
