Processing

Orders are prepared within 3–5 business days after payment. Some items may require extra time for export documents or special handling.

Packaging

All pieces are packed securely with protective materials. Larger or fragile works may be crated for safe delivery.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship within Thailand and internationally using trusted carriers. Delivery times vary by location, and customs delays may occur. Buyers are responsible for any import duties or taxes in their country.

Insurance & Tracking

All shipments include tracking. High-value items are insured by default unless requested otherwise.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If an order arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and notify us within 48 hours with photos. We will assist with claims. Lost shipments will be investigated with the carrier.
